Breaking down language barriers in communication

If a foreign patient comes to see a doctor and they can’t reach an agreement, then all the doctor has to do is generate a QR code, which the patient uses to connect to the app and then conveniently describe their problem and the doctor can easily communicate with them.

The patient sets up the interface in their native language and all the messages they send to the doctor are translated.

Accelerating hospital processes

Thanks to the pre-set forms, which are created and tailored to the exact situation, the healthcare professional only needs to click once and then find out additional information from the patient.

For example, all the information about the health problem and medical history or the contact details of a relative or whether the patient is insured.

The healthcare professional can also create their own forms in their account so that they get exactly the information they need.

A mobile app where foreign patients will have information about their health status in the necessary languages. This will make hospital processes abroad considerably faster.

Integration with hospital systems

It will be possible to share foreign patient data between internal hospital systems. This way the patient will not have to scan the qr code again each time.

Database of foreign patients

In the database of foreign patients, it will be possible to search back to the patient who used the app. The database will contain the information that the patient filled in the application.

Translations of hospital reports

After taking a picture of the hospital report, the patient simply folds it in their account. This way, he will know what the doctor has written in the report. It will also make it easier to submit the reports to the insurance company.

AI - powered chat

A data-driven artificial intelligence model that will be able to ask appropriate questions of the foreign patient and recommend a course of action before contacting the doctor.
